Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your email accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, configure mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
